Q How to start your group buy ?
A
  1. Start a group buy for any deal you like. Every group buy you initiate automatically makes you a Triber Group Buy Host!
  2. Share this deal across your social networks.
  3. Reach the minimum group buy target to enjoy discounted prices.
  4. All orders will be delivered to your address, to be collected by your buyers.
  5. Get a commission bonus when you hit the minimum group buy order requirements monthly!

Not only will you be starting group buys, but you will also take on the role of a group order manager in terms of receiving all orders and distributing them to your buyers. Upon checkout, you will be asked to input your collection point details, which will be shown to all potential buyers to help them decide if your group buy is the most convenient for them to join.

Q Can I make an order without a Triber account?

Q What if there’s an item I want to group buy but is not available on your website?
A

We are constantly on the lookout for exclusively discounted group buy deals to offer. If there’s a specific product you’re looking for, drop us a message via [email protected] or in any of our social media channels, and we’ll try our best to make it happen for you!

Q How to check out under a groupbuy on Triber ?
A
  1. Join a group buy via the link shared to you or find a Triber group buy hosts (Collection point) near you.
  2. Once you’ve joined a group buy or selected a collection point, explore the available items, select and input a quantity, then proceed to payment.
  3. All orders will either be delivered to a collection point or straight to your home address.

Q How do I know if a Triber group buy host or collection point is credible?
A

For security purposes—and to help foster a safe and trusted group buying environment—all Triber group buy/collection point hosts will be required to upload a photo of a government-issued ID for verification. Payments will only be released to our merchants after you have successfully received your orders.

Q How can my group buy become successful?
A

Your group buy will only be considered successful once the minimum order target is reached before the deal expires.

Q What happens if my group buy is unable to reach the minimum order target?
A

All of our deals run on limited time. During such period, your group buy should reach the minimum order quantity or value required for your group buy to become successful; otherwise, your orders will be cancelled and automatically refunded after the deal expires.

Refund processing from our end will take approximately three to five days. Kindly allow ample time after that for the refunded amount to reflect on your payment method used.  You will receive an email notification once the refund is successfully processed.

Q What is the purpose of the Triber social media buttons?

Our social media buttons are used for inviting your social circles to buy and save together. By using these, you can enjoy FREE delivery when you collectively hit the minimum order target with your friends.

Q How do I know until when a particular deal is available?
A

Each group buy deal you will find on our website has a countdown timer attached to guide you in purchasing and reaching the minimum order target.

Good news: There is no limit! You can create as many group buys as you want for every group buy deal you are interested in.

Q Is it possible to change my collection point address?
A

You are not allowed to make any changes to the collection point details you’ve provided. This is to avoid confusion among your buyers, who may have opted to join mainly because of the convenience of your location.

Q Can I set different collection point addresses for every group buy I create?
A

At the moment, we only allow a single collection point per Triber Group Buy Host, which means this will automatically be used across all the group buys you create.

Q As a group buy leader, can I also purchase in the group buy I created?
A

Yes, if you yourself want to make a purchase inside your own group buy, just head over to the product page and click the “Select group buy” button. Scroll until you’ve found your group buy, select your preferred quantity, then proceed to checkout.

Q Can I add more orders to the group buy I created and/or joined after checkout?
A

Of course! Should you decide to purchase more while there is still time, just click on the “Select group buy” button in the product page, scroll until you’ve found your group buy, select your preferred quantity, then proceed to checkout.

Q When will I receive my order confirmation?
A

Your group buy remains open until the minimum order target has been reached or the deal has already expired. After such time, our team will begin processing all placed orders, and you should be receiving a confirmation email that your group buy is successful.

Alternatively, you may also check your “My Account” page to keep track of your active, confirmed, and unsuccessful orders.

Q Can I still cancel my order once it is confirmed?
A

We only allow cancellation requests if a group buy is still ongoing, but note that these are subject for approval. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and payment confirmation for us to validate your request. 

The refund processing time from our end will take approximately three to five days. Kindly allow ample time after that for the refunded amount to reflect on your payment method used.  You will receive an email notification once the refund is successfully processed.

Q When should I expect my orders to arrive?
A

Our product pages indicate the specified timeframe for delivery, so make sure to look out for this before checking out. 

If you are a Triber group buy leader, all of your orders are already being processed as soon as you receive a notification that your group buy is successful. These shall get to your specified address within the mentioned delivery period.

If you are a buyer, you will have to pick your orders up from your group buy leader’s location or at a designated collection point you’ve selected upon checkout.

Q How do I claim my orders from my Triber group buy leader?
A

Triber group buy leaders will provide their specified collection point, which will be publicly shown to all potential buyers. Before joining a group buy, make sure to check if the collection point is convenient for you, as this is the location you need to pick your items up from.
